As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager Europe to strengthen our commercial presence and drive business development across multiple European markets.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #b04c26\"><strong>This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on commercial execution, working closely with the leadership and technical teams. It offers high autonomy, strong career progression, and the possibility of future equity participation aligned with performance and long-term commitment.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the commercial and sales strategy in the assigned European markets<\/li>\n<li>Lead the sale of engineering service contracts (EPLAN P8, Pro Panel, documentation, project support, nearshore teams)<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the market, identify opportunities and develop new business<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting \u2192 qualification \u2192 technical assessment \u2192 proposal \u2192 contract<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with strategic clients<\/li>\n<li>Manage key accounts and lead major negotiations<\/li>\n<li>Develop and expand a strong customer portfolio within machine building, panel building, OEM and automation sectors<\/li>\n<li>Create strategic partnerships and long-term service agreements<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare commercial reports<\/li>\n<li>Manage the sales department budget, pricing strategies and margins<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to align strategy and execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Profile &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field<\/li>\n<li>4 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or industrial environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience in international markets and competitive sectors<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial profile with excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in an international, dynamic and technical environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic commercial role in a fast-growing European company;<\/li>\n<li>Competitive remuneration with performance-based incentives;<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working model;<\/li>\n<li>30 days of annual leave;<\/li>\n<li>High level of autonomy and exposure to international markets;<\/li>\n<li>Strong career development and progression opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Integration in a technically innovative and ambitious environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested?
